Lectured at the Takarazuka City Nishi Community Center event, “Coffee Seminar and Dulcimer Melodies”

On March 20, we gave a lecture at the “Coffee Seminar and Dulcimer Melodies” event held at the Takarazuka City Nishi Community Center, delivering a “Coffee Instructor Grade 3 Certification” seminar as well as an SDGs seminar titled “Let’s Think About the Future of Coffee.”
This event was organized with the aim of reflecting on and learning about coffee together with local residents in an enjoyable way. It was jointly operated in collaboration with Hug CAFE, located in the same facility and closely connected with our company.

On the day of the event, approximately 60 participants attended. In addition to introductory knowledge about coffee, they also learned about the relationship between coffee and the SDGs through a quiz format. The seminars were conducted under the themes of learning about coffee in order to discover one’s favorite cup, and thinking about the future of coffee. We received many warm comments such as, “It was a great opportunity to learn more about the coffee I drink every day,” and “I’m glad I could learn about the SDGs in a fun way.”

In the latter half of the event, there was also a “hammered dulcimer” performance, and we felt that the synergy of coffee and music enabled many participants to fully enjoy the experience.

Going forward, we will continue to promote various initiatives through coffee and other activities, valuing and deepening our connections with the local community.
