| Our Food Service Department supplies restaurants with a wide variety
of foodstuffs, including pasta and other Italian dish ingredients, tomatoes, chestnuts,
cooked food, frozen seafood, canned fruits and vegetables, seasonings, and dairy
products. Each product line is managed by a staff member dedicated to that line,
who selects products at local production centers and personally gives technological
guidance to processing plants. In addition to supplying high-quality products
at reasonable prices, our staff members learn various cooking methods at overseas
production centers, and suggest new menus to customers, thereby enriching Japan,s
food culture. |
